1. Recruiting Goals

Our recruiting program’s objective focuses on reviving the size of our cadet wing by aggressively pursuing our target market while meeting Air Force focus areas of technical majors, foreign language, and diversity.  We are also focusing improving recruiting and retention at crosstown schools. Our goals are:

  1. Increase recruitment objectives for 4-year recruits by 5 and 3-year recruits by 1 for each Academic Year.
  2. Increase recruitment objectives for technical majors by 5, Foreign Language majors by 1, and minorities by 3 for each Academic Year.
  3. Below 25% attrition of the incoming AS 100 class within the first year.
  4. Below 10% attrition for the AS 200, 250, 500 classes.
  5. 0% attrition for FT attendees and AS 300 and 400 classes.
  6. Hold at least one recruiting event at each of our crosstowns every fall, spring and summer term.
